Having started the company from home as a sole trader, Simon has been instrumental in growing Mace and is responsible for seeking out new business opportunities. His passion for the industry has seen Mace develop into a major player, in all the market sectors it operates in. Simon originally trained and qualified as an Approved Electrician. He served his time, working for a company that also carried out plumbing and heating, so was fortunate to gain considerable experience in both trades.
Simon enjoys motorsport. He competes in both tarmac and forest rallies. He finished 2nd in the UK’s National championship, in previous years!! He is also an avid traveller. He is a member of Round Table 42 club and through this supports local charities and events.
Neil is a Technical Sales Advisor with six years experience covering all types of energy saving installations including loft and cavity insulation, solar PV, solar thermal and air and ground source heat pumps. Prior to working in sales Neil spent two years installing energy saving measures in domestic and commercial properties.
Neil enjoys playing golf. He helps to run a Junior football team on Sundays and also enjoys playing 5-a-side football himself.
